We will meet with the Board or property manager to review the property and learn what is expected. We will provide suggestions for optimal care based on the specific circumstances of each property.
Available & Accessible
Some companies experience downtime due to unforeseen circumstances. The last thing that we want is for your services to be late or missed because an employee is sick or someone’s vehicle won’t start. We plan ahead to make sure that your building is always being looked after. We also believe that communication is an important component of quality service. For this reason, we maintain open channels for communication. We are always available via email or phone if you need to get in touch with us.
We are happy to let you know each time we service your property. During our visits we will take note of any changes or deficiencies in the areas we services and will report back to the board or manager.
